  • 3001-4500 sq. ft.: $700

  • 4501 – 6000 sq. ft.: $850

  • 6001+ sq. ft.: Call for quote

 

Other Properties:

  • Condo (up to 2500 sq. ft.): $450

  • Townhome (up to 3500 sq. ft.): $550

 

Extra Charges:

  • Additional shop/garage: $75

  • Suite: $50 per suite

  • Pre-1970 Homes: $75

 

Travel outside service area:

  • Additional fee quoted per job
